A service of remembrance for Mrs. Doris Burks Curry, formerly of Decatur, Alabama, is scheduled for Saturday, March 9, 2019, at St. John Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Akron, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Elder William M. Burks, Sr. and Mother Louisiana Sanderfur Burks. She is the sister of Anne B. Edmonds of Decatur, AL. Final arrangements entrusted to Rose Hill Funeral Home in Akron, Ohio.
