Vernalue Luallen Montgomery, 75, of Moulton passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Shoals Hospital. Visitation will be from 12 till 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Jonathan Proctor officiating. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Thomas Montgomery; children, Tony Montgomery (Beverly), Tim Montgomery (Donna), Karan Sullivan (Ronnie), Tad Montgomery (Stephanie), and Marsha Simpson; grandchildren, Miranda Nappier (Brandon), Elizabeth King,Timothy Newman, Ashley Delashaw (Will), Megan Pitz (Jake), Cody Hagood (Morgan), Chad Hagood, Hunter Montgomery, Meah Simpson, and Carson Simpson; great-grandchildren, Kellen Dutton, Addison, Brinlee, Branson and Daxton Nappier, Mason King, Jaxon and Kodilin Hagood, Cameron Hagood, Greenley and Gemma Delashaw, and Jasper Pitz; and sisters, Vernell Wilson and Vernice Parker (Paul).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Estelle Luallen.
Pallbearers will be Cody Hagood, Chad Hagood, Hunter Montgomery, Ronnie Sullivan, Yon Spigle, Nick Spigle, Kellen Dutton and Timothy Newman.
