Isaac Edsel “Ed” Ingram – Obituary

Isaac Edsel “Ed” Ingram, age 91, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at his residence.  He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired diesel mechanic, retired from Marsh Supermarkets in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a member of Ethridge Church of Christ.  Mr. Ingram served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Betty Elmore Ingram; first wife, Betty Jean Ingram; one son, David Edwin Ingram; one daughter, Beverly Ruth Ingram; one granddaughter, Meghan Ingram; four brothers, Floyd Ingram, Hubert Ingram, Wallace Ingram, and Bobby Ingram; and two sisters, Helen Wright and Mabel Mobbs.

Surviving are wife, Robbie Fleming Ingram of Lawrenceburg, TN; son, Jeff Ingram of Huntsville, AL; daughter, Kim Kitchens Kelley (Jamie) and their son, Mason of Lawrenceburg, TN; brother, Travis Ingram of Lawrenceburg, TN; sister, June Olive of Florence, AL; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, March 01, 2019, and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, March 02, 2019, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 02, 2019, with David Stofel officiating.  Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
