Flooding Closes Some Schools On Monday, February 25

TENNESSEE VALLEY-Due to continued flooding in some areas some schools are closing or delaying start times on Monday, February 25.

Colbert County Schools – Closed Monday

Fayetteville (Tennessee) City Schools- Closed Monday

Franklin County (AL) Schools – Closed Monday

Giles County (Tennessee) Schools- Closed Monday

Jackson County Schools – Bridgeport Elementary School, Bridgeport Middle School, North Jackson High School, Stevenson Elementary School, Stevenson Middle School, Hollywood Junior High School, Woodville High School all Closed Monday. All other schools are open.

Jackson County’s Valley Schools are closed (Mountain schools will remain open)

Lawrence County (AL) Schools – 2 Hour Delay Monday

Limestone County Schools – Closed Monday

Lincoln County (Tennessee) Schools – Closed Monday

Madison County Schools – New Hope High School, New Hope Elementary School & Owens Cross Roads Schools will start at regular time Monday. Due to flood waters covering some roads in the New Hope and Owens Cross Roads areas, buses will only pick up students where roads are clear. If you live in one of the affected areas your child’s absence will be excused.

Morgan County Schools – Closed Monday

Riverside Christian Academy – Closed Monday
