Robert Michael Gore, age 67, of Lacey’s Spring, AL passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at his residence with his family at his side. Mr. Gore was born in Florala, AL to Robert Reese Gore and Vonceil DeShazo Gore. He worked as a carpenter and had retired. He was a member of Weatherly Church of Christ.
Mr. Gore was preceded in death by his parents Robert Reese Gore and Vonceil DeShazo Gore and his father-in-law Earl Dubose. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Sandra Dubose Gore; son Aaron Michael Gore; daughter Windy Gore Hogan; sisters Kathi Chalk, Clarise Trump (Mike) and Becky Weekly; mother-in-law Betty Dubose; brother-in-law David Dubose (Janet); sisters-in-law Sharon Dubose and Shirley Taft (Jack); grandchildren Mary Katie and Zach and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Hampton Cove Funeral Home from 1 to 2 pm. His service will follow the visitation at 2pm.
