Mrs. Velma Ann Howell 83, of Huntsville, AL passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019. Visitation for Mrs. Howell will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 10:00am until 11:30am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Byrd Springs Rd. Services will follow the visitation at 11:30am.
