Jackee was born on December 12, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to Ferdinand Clarence Gagnon and Eleanor Helen Beluscheck. She was never married and had no children of her own but numerous people called her mom or grandma and loved her as their own over the years. She had a wicked sense of humor and was an amazing story teller. She was an ardent fan of David Phelps and his wife, Lori. She gave David credit for her relationship with Jesus. She loved the Lord and shared him everywhere she went. She was known to pray over people everywhere she went. River, her truest friend, will miss her the most.
