Jewell Morris Risner, 91, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and again on Wednesday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Tenn. Services will begin at 1 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Philadelphia Cemetery in Waynesboro, Tenn. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Risner.
