Flights out of Huntsville delayed/canceled due to Hurricane Sandy

Impacts at Huntsville International airport (HSV) due to weather conditions in the Northeast-updated…Washington, D.C. flights currently impacted today and tomorrow; passengers encouraged to check flight status prior to arriving at the airport.

Huntsville International Airport (HSV) is experiencing cancellations and delays due to inclement weather in the Northeast surrounding Hurricane Sandy. Currently all flights in and out of Washington D.C., for Oct. 29 have been canceled. In addition, U.S. Airways has announced all flights in and out of DCA to/from HSV for Oct. 30 are also canceled.
Other markets may be impacted as well. Passengers are encouraged to check the status of their flights prior to arriving at the airport. Flight information may be obtained by visiting www.flyhuntsville.com or by accessing your airline’s website.

Check back with The Quad-Cities Daily for any changes or check with the airport.  There has been no information from Northwest Alabama Regional Airport as to flight delays.  Check with them at www.flytheshoals.com/.
