Joseph Samuel “Sam” Gattman, 63, of Muscle Shoals, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. There will be a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 9,at Shoals Church with Bro. Greg Corble officiating. There will also be a private family burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Sam was a native of Colbert County and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired as the owner and operator of Industrial Services.
Sam is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Benjamin and Grace Wells Gattman and sister, Delores Allen.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angie Gattman; sons, Chris, Robbie, and Benjamin Gattman; daughters, Karen Ford and Sandy Summers; sister, Mary Lee Russell; 9 grandchildren, Dillon, Katie, Sasha, Adrian, Anthony, Jovanna, Jada, Lucas, and Grace.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
