Tony Lynn Allison – Obituary

Tony Lynn Allison, 61, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019, at his home after an extended illness. Tony was a friend to many and never meet a stranger. He was a truck driver for many years but his joy was farming.

Funeral services will be Sunday, February 3, 3 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel Red Bay, Al. with Bro. Toby Allison officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Golden, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Al. will be in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by the love of his life Janet Allison; three children- Emily Hubbard (Dean), Jason Allison (Shara), Justin Allison (Brittany), six grandchildren- Victoria amd Harley Strickland, Jax and Bentleigh Allison, Ashton and Ben Hubbard, Son-in-law- David Strickland,  four brothers- Alvin Allison (Sadie), Billy Joe Allison (Anna), Mike Allison, Chris Allison ( Loretta), two sisters- Anita Kirk and Sue Williams, Mother-in-law- Peggy Mitchell, three sisters-in-law- Dana Hester (Steven), Janan Mitchell, Judy Allison, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Louise Murphy Allison, a sister- Judy Carol Allison, Granddaughter- Lacey Strickland, Father-in-law- Gene Mitchell, Brothers-in-law- Effton Mitchell, Clifford Kirk and Fred Williams.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 3, 1-3 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Al..
