Teri Heusel, 47, of Madison, passed away Sunday. Mrs. Heusel was preceded in death by her father, Robert Ray Swartz.
Survivors include her husband, John Heusel; daughter, Mary Kate Heusel; mother, Barbara Campbell; brother, Jason Swartz; sister, Cindy Hallstrom (Joel); parents-in-law, Jim and Barbara Heusel; special friend, Gina White; aunt and uncle, Mary and Michael Horlick; and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the Laughlin Service Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
