Funeral service for Mr. Bobby Leroy Henry, age 87, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, February 8, 2019, at Fayetteville ARP Church with Rev. Philip Bunch officiating. Burial will follow next to his wife, Martha Henry, in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Friday beginning at 12 PM until time of service.
Mr. Henry was born on March 14, 1931 in Woodburn, KY the late Lena Austin Henry and John Boyd Henry, Sr. He worked in missile intelligence on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, Lions Club, and a charter member of the Falcon Club. Mr. Henry passed away on February 5, 2019 at Lincoln Medical Center.
Survivors include his son, Paul Henry both of Fayetteville, TN; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jason) Chaffin of Franklin, TN, Josh Hamilton of Seattle, WA, Zachary Henry of Raleigh, NC, Will (Heather) Hamilton of Fayetteville, TN and Katie Hamilton of Columbus, GA; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Henry Hamilton; siblings, John Boyd Henry, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Dorthy Evelyn Morris of Franklin, KY, and Sue Ellen Carter of Fayetteville, TN.
