Funeral services for Lowell Tart are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, February 4, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Maness officiating. Burial will follow in the Mazies Chapel Cemetery near Lexington.
Funeral services for Lowell Tart are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, February 4, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Maness officiating. Burial will follow in the Mazies Chapel Cemetery near Lexington.
Mr. Tart, the son of the late B.D. and Clara Mae Daniels Tart, was born on October 29, 1946 in Henderson County and was owner of Tart Mobile Home Service in Lexington. Lowell had a lot of interest, including riding horses, fishing and coaching his girls during their softball years. In addition to his hobbies and work, he was a Volunteer Fireman with Henderson County Station #10.
Survivors include his wife of forty years, Peggy Wood Tart, his daughters: Darlene Stubblefield, Cindy (Chris) Coffman and Melissa Tart; his son, Wayne (Crystal) Holmes; brothers: Weldon and Bill Tart and his sister, Connie Crowder. Lowell was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Tart and brothers: Roger and Tommy Tart.
