Tom William Thomas Weaver

Please remember one of our own families. Tom is Jane Chambless’s brother (Ric and Jane owns and operates Spry Memorial Chapel and Marion County Funeral Home).
Tom Weaver, age 83,of Hamilton, AL, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Marion Regional Nursing Home. He was born in Hamilton, Alabama on Wednesday, August 21, 1935 to Clarence and Gwendolyn Weaver.
Everyone knew Tom from Weaver’s Hardware. Tom enjoyed greeting the customers, sometimes people would just come by to tell him hello and pick at him.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Marion County Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Ted Burleson officiating. Burial will be at Hamilton Memory Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Gwen Weaver; grandparents, Will and Dovie Weaver, William and Lula Bell Hamilton; ten aunts and uncles.
He leaves to cherish his memory, brother, Bill Weaver (Betty); sister, Jane Chambless (Ric); nephews & nieces, Sharon Hasting (Dwight), Judy Miller (Danny), Mary Meyer (David), Ricky Chambless (Krista), Chris Chambless (Elisha); great nephews & nieces, Beth, Matthew, Misty, Jenna, Meredith, Katy, Wilson, Wesley, Emma, Jake, Bo, Loxley; great-great nephews & nieces, Sarah Paxton, Noah, Eli, Anna, Reid, Sterling; and a host of friends.
