Ms. Azotea passed away Wednesday night, January 9, 2019, at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Bolivar. Private Memorial Services will be held by the family at a future date.

A native and life-long resident of Hardeman County, Sharon was the daughter of the late Marilyn Moore Rixie Williams and Wayne Rixie (Betty), who survives. Her maternal grandparents were the late Rev. Bertie and Sue Moore and paternal grandparents were the late Lacey and Ola Rixie. Additionally, she is preceded in death by a sister, Alicia Harrison.

She had been employed by both Troxel Manufacturing in Moscow, TN and Spectrum Corporation in Hornsby. She was a member of Porter’s Creek Baptist Church and spent her leisure time with her family, who meant everything to her.

In addition to her father and step-mother, she is survived by her daughter, Macy King (Brian) of Hornsby and three grandchildren, Jaxon, Hannah and Avery; her son, Trey Harrison of Illinois; brother, Tony Rixie of Camden; and two nephews, Gabriel and Isaiah Rixie, both of Camden.
