Brian Wade – Obituary

Brian Wade, 41, of Russellville, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee. He was a long-time resident of Russellville and enjoyed his growing up years in Florence as well. His heart was at Terrace Manor in Russellville. He was a graduate of Coffee High School and the University of Alabama. He was an administrator with Terrace Manor and Rehab Center in Russellville. He attended the Church of Christ.

Visitation with family and friends will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel with Miles Stutts officiating. Burial will be in Walker Memorial Gardens, Jasper, Alabama with a graveside service there at 3 p.m.

Pallbearers include Matt and Will Hudson, Jeremy Broadfoot, Ben Alexander, Dax Wade, Jay Benson and Dale Enlow.

Brian is survived by his mother and stepfather, Susan and John Vandiver, Florence; father, Michael Earl Wade and wife, Dawn of Tuscaloosa; grandmother, Betty Wade of Russellville; sisters, Kelly Broadfoot, Sarah Alexander, Parker Jackson and Lynn Nelson; brothers, Dax Wade, Jay Benson and Walt Vandiver; uncles and aunts, Ray and Angela Hudson, Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and Phillip and Sherene Wade of Russellville; and cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceding Brian in death were his grandparents, Wallace and Marie Hudson and Mary Hudson; and Roland Wade, and stepfather, Harold Fulks.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
