James Earl Fairley, age 85 of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at home. Mr. Fairley was born June 5, 1933 in Alabama to James Edward Fairley and Stella Mae Swindle.
Graveside Services for Mr. Fairley are Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Madison Memory Gardens with Randy Evers officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Lawrence Fairley; daughter, Pamela Fairley Morell (Johnny); son, Michael Lawrence Fairley (Nanette); grandchildren, Kelley Morell Hayes (Brian), Garrett Michael Fairley (Heather) and Elizabeth Fairley Morrow (Caleb); great grandchildren, Gunner Green, Lydia Green, Emery Morrow and Logan Hayes; sister, Doris Smothers.
Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Jimmie Sue Wesson and Louise Lewis.
Pallbearers are Caleb Morrow, Garrett Fairley, Brian Hayes, Samuel Lynn, Paul Reese, Dustin Curry, Patrick Dobbins and Johnny Morell, Jr.
In lieu of flowers the family as requested that donations be made to Kindred Hospice, 5000 Bradford Dr. NW Ste 3A, Huntsville, AL 35805.
