FLORENCE – When Ichiban opened its doors 8 years ago in Sheffield, we heard a lot of people say, “What’s a Sushi restaurant doing around here? We’re chicken and Bar-B-Que people.” Well, Jackie and Kevin and the family started working and built probably one of the best Sushi and Hibachi places in North Alabama.
And now, they’ve done it again! At 11 am today, Ichiban in Florence will open the doors on Cox Creek Parkway, across from Lowe’s. And the place is beautiful!
