Cynthia Brown Robbins was born on January 17th, 1956, she gained her wings on January 4th, 2019. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Russel Robbins; her only child, Lori Brown; as well as her mother, Myrtle Smith. She is also survived by her younger brother Chet Smith and her younger sister Sandra Moore. She has one niece, Jamie Pugh, and two nephews, Steven Moore and Alex Smith.

Cynthia spent the majority of her adult life working at the Morgan County Courthouse in the License Commissioner’s Office. Once she retired from there, she and her husband traveled. Cynthia was never one to let life pass her by and everyone knew her and loved her. You couldn’t walk around anywhere that someone didn’t come up to her, recognizing her from her position at the Morgan County Courthouse.

There isn’t a single person who could say a bad thing about Cynthia. She always had a smile on her face and an infectious laugh. Her light may have been dimmed, but it will carry on in this world by all of those who knew and loved her.
