Mr. Roberts was born on September 23, 1949 to Gilbert Windell Roberts & Alice Ivalene Sparks Roberts in Marshall County. He enjoyed metal, wood, and leather working and in his past time liked to fish.
He is a member of Grandiflora Church of Christ.
Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marie Roper Roberts; daughters & sons-in-law, Camella Green & Matthew, Belinda Young & Jon DeSormeau; brother & sister-in-law, Michael Roberts & Donna; sister, Paulette Davidson; grandchild, Christopher Allen Young. Preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Windell Roberts & Alice Ivalene Sparks Roberts; sons, Victor S. Roberts, Christopher Roberts; brother, Donnie Roberts; sister, Janette White.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Bro. Ronald Earwood, officiating. Burial will be in Hebron Church of Christ Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
