Roy Edwin Burlison, age 83, of Leoma, TN passed away Thursday, January 03, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, and retired iron worker and foreman from Lawrenceburg Utility. He was also a charter member of the Lawrence County Coon Hunter’s Club and a member of Leoma Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Leola Hanson Burlison; two sons, Michael Boyd Burlison and Randall Brent Burlison; one daughter, Marion Renee Cromwell; and one sister, Martha Pitts.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, January 04, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Leoma Church of Christ at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 05, 2019, with Rodney Livingston officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
