Beheathlin M. “Bea” Lowery 98 of Decatur passed away on January 1, 2019 at her residence. She was born on Morgan County Alabama to John R. Moore and Lucy O. James Moore on July 21, 1920. She was a cosmetologist until she retired. The family will have a visitation on Saturday January 5, 2019 from 11:30 until 2:00 at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel followed with a service by Steve Ledbetter and Gary Knott and Jonathan cole officiating. The burial will be at Red Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County. Mrs. Lowery is survived by her daughters Cindy Prater (Paul), Shelia Gillespie(Gayno), Carolyn Cole, Sherry Kilpatrick(Charles). Nieces Linda Jackson, Laura Sebelia, Lisa Flaming, Lanita Merritt. Nephew Troy Lamar Moore.
