Funeral service for Rose Mary Cottingham Dunn, 68, will be Monday December 31, 2018 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Hartselle with Brother Charles Shaddix officiating. Mrs. Dunn will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until the start of the service.
Mrs. Dunn passed away surrounded by her loving family after an extended illness. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle and was retired from Alabama State Rehab Services. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles E. Cottingham and Mary J. Payne Cottingham.
She is survived by her husband, Gail Dunn; one son, Michael Shane Gower; sister, Linda Richards and her husband, Mike; two stepdaughters, Debi Perce (Bob) and Carlotta Pierson (Tim); one stepgrandson, Thaddeus Pierson, as well as her two best buddies, Frankie and Prince.
