Services will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Day, Rev. Josh Little, and Rev. Terry Little officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Lockard is survived by his son; Larry (Ruby) Lockard of Scottsboro, daughter; Rachel (John) Armstrong of Madison, grandsons; Greg (Lenore) Lockard and Richard Lockard of Scottsboro, granddaughter; Jennifer Armstrong of Austin, TX.; great grandsons; Collin Lockard, Conner Lockard and Colton Lockard of Scottsboro, sister; Louise Miklic of Huntsville, sister in laws; Dot Kesler, Betty Little and Madie Little, brother in law; Lonnie (Shirley) Little, many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Earlene Lockard, brothers; Henry Lockard, Gordon Lockard and Leonard Lockard, parents; James T. and Ellen Lockard, sisters; Irene Lockard and Emma Lou Reece, sister in law; Bernice Lockard, brother in laws; John Miklic, Wayne Little and Jim Kesler.
