Jennifer K. Johnson, 37, of Horton, formerly of Arab, died of natural causes in her home on Friday, December 14, 2018.
Jennifer was born in Franklinton, LA, on April 24, 1981. She moved with her family until finally settling in Arab, AL. She made friends easily and laughter was the music of her life.
Jennifer K. Johnson is fondly remembered for her joyous spirit and altruistic nature.
“Jennifer had a heart of gold, and she would do anything for anyone,” said Darlyn Johnson, her aunt. “She made everyone smile.”
She is survived by her grandmother, Jeraldine Johnson; numerous aunts and uncles, Darlyn and Michael Johnson, Gilda McCain, Judy and Bob Simmons; nephew, Garrett Johnson of Colorado; extended family and friends, Loretta and Franklin Mullens Sr. and sons, Jessica Price Hernandez. Preceded in death by her parents, Delores and Donald Johnson and her brother, Christopher Johnson.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Gilliam Springs Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
