Larry Wayne Sheffield, 66, died Saturday, December 15, 2018, at his home. He was born August 31, 1952, to Oliver and Flora Pannell Sheffield. He was a truck driver and a farmer most all of his life. He enjoyed hunting and going to yard sales. He was an avid conversationalist and enjoyed socializing with his family and friends.
Memorial Services will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday, December 17, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Douglas Kitchens and Bro. Shane Ray officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Serena Sheffield of Mantachie; one daughter, Dena Reed (Rocky) of Fairview; two step-sons, Ricky Stanford (Jennifer) of Dorsey and Roy Bridges of Biloxi; four grandchildren, Michael George, Shawn George, Jajay Floyd, and Jamie Floyd; several step grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, five sisters, and his parents.Visitation will be from 3:00 until service time on Monday at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
