Minnie “Mickey” Fishman, age 99, of Owens Cross Roads, AL passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Huntsville Health and Rehabilitation. Mrs. Fishman was born in St. Louis, MO to William “Willy”and Nettie Berkin Kalish. She marries her husband Irwin “Irb” Fishman in 1938 and they were married 63 years at the time of his death. She devotedly took care of her family and her home.
Mrs. Fishman was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Irwin “Irb” Fishman; her parents William “Willy” and Nettie Berkin Kalish. She is survived by her sons Jerry Fishman (Nancy); Jack Fishman (Sue) and Ronald “Ron” Fishman (Joyce); eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral service for Mrs. Fishman will be held at Berger Memorial Funeral Home in Olivette, MO on Sunday December 16, 2018 at 9:30 am and she will be buried in Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery in University, MO.
