William Craig Vanover – Obituary

Mr. William Craig Vanover, 56, passed away Saturday December 8, 2018 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. He was born March 17, 1962 in Berea, OH to the late Elmer Vanover and Delores Rue Vanover, of Spencer, who survives. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.

Along with his mother Delores, he is survived by: sisters; Marsha Kanavel of Ohio and Sheryl Vanover of Spencer, nephew; Donald Vanover, nieces; April Vanover and Susan Kanavel, great-nephew; Mason Vanover and William Kanavel. Two special Friends Bobby Joe and Jeff Turner.

Besides his father Elmer, he was preceded in death by: paternal grandparents; Charles and Susie Vanover, maternal grandparents; Fayette and Laura Rue, several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday December 11, 2018 at 1:00pm in the Layne Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Sullivan officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and Tuesday from 10:00am till time of service. Burial will follow in the Big Lick cemetery in Cumberland County. In lieu of flowers the family request assistance with the funeral expenses.
