Grace Kimbrough Honeycutt, age 84, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, December 01, 2018 at her residence.

Grace was full of life, always smiling, and loved being around people. She never met a stranger, and always wanted to make her visitors feel at home. She loved to cook for everyone, and loved to play her music loud, especially her favorites by Bob Seger and Led Zeppelin. The family remembers her having several funny sayings, one especially, “Well don’t that just knock your hat in the creek.” She was loved by everyone and will be missed by all who knew her.

The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 05, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Truman Sutton. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.

She was preceded in father, Cleatus Kimbrough; her mother, Audrey Malone Robison; brothers, Calvin Kimbrough, Homer Kimbrough; daughter, Deborah Pace; and granddaughters, Robin Howard and Tracy Loosier.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Judy Pace Thompson; son, Darrell Pace (wife, Carol); grandchildren, Kenny Howard, Sr. (wife, Lori), Debbie Hunter Haines (husband, Aaron), Sheryl Plott (husband, Hugh); 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Britton (husband, L.G.); and several nieces & nephews.

The pallbearers will be Aaron Haines, Kenny Howard, Sr., Jeremy Kimbrough, and Dewayne Britton.

The family would like to extend sincere thanks to Melinda and the staff of Russellville Hospital; and the staff of Hospice of North Alabama for your love and care of our family.
