Five Suspects Arrested In Madsion County For Manufacturing Of Meth And Other Drug Charges

MADISON COUNTY-On Wednesday,November 21 Madison County Sheriff Blake Dorning issued a statement on the arrest of five suspects who have been charged with several drug charges including the Manufacture of Meth:

“Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today November 21, 2018 that the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and Narcotics Unit with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Office and Madison Police SWAT Teams executed a search warrant on Byrd Drive this morning. Upon entry to the residence Norman Fischer w/m 40yoa, Jesse Geiger w/m 28yoa, Michael Lipscome w/m 41yoa, Britney Bump w/f 28yoa and Michelle Lipscomb w/f 44yoa were detained and later arrested. One active and several meth labs were located along with two hand guns, one shotgun, a semi-automatic weapon, prescription pills, marijuana, meth, ICE and $1600.00 cash. All of which has been seized as evidence. The arrestees were transported to the Madison County Jail and booked in as follows:”

 

Norman Fischer Trafficking Meth $100,000.00 Unlawful manufacturing controlled substance 1st $50,000.00 Possession Marijuana 1st $25,000.00 Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess Firearm (x2) $20,000.00

 

 

Jesse Geiger Possession w/intent to distribute $25,000.00 Unlawful possession controlled substance Xanax $5000.00

 

Michael Lipscome Unlawful possession controlled substance Meth $5000.00 Possession Marijuana 2nd $1000.00

 

 

Britney Bump Unlawful manufacturing controlled substance 1st $50,000.00

 

 

Michelle Lipscomb Unlawful possession controlled substance Meth $2500.00 Possession drug paraphernalia $500.00
