Erwin “Stan” Skipworth, 68, of Rogersville, died Tuesday November 8th, 2018 at ECM Hospital.
Mr. Skipworth’s visitation will be today, November 13th at Rogersville Funeral Home from noon to 2 p.m. with funeral service following. Burial will be held in the adjoining cemetery with military honors. Jerry Campbell will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Hamm, Lane Hamby, Colby Cox, Skylor Stevenson, Eric Biggers, Doug Butler, Wayne Hambright, Silas Hamm, Greg Blankenship, Butch Fairbanks and Larry Wright.
Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin and Annie Skipworth and brother, Payton Skipworth. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Skipworth; children, Tracy Skipworth and Michael Skipworth; stepdaughter, Amanda Tucker; grandchildren, Robby Long, Kylie Birdwell, Katie Birdwell, Lillie Skipworth, Lane Hamby and Colby Cox; brothers, Harlon (Ruth) Skipworth, Paul Skipworth and Roy (Jeanette) Skipworth; sisters, Betty Duys, Ruth (Paul) Soracco, Mary (John) Peddicord and Dorothy (John) Gargis.
