Mr. Joseph (Joey) Lawrence Gilliam, age 58, of Scottsboro passed away on Wednesday November 7, 2018.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday November 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Dr. Allen Hays officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday November 10, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Gilliam is survived by his wife, Marlene Mitchell Gilliam; son, Bobby (Sara) Roberts, Jr.; grandchild, Austin Roberts; brothers, Adam Gilliam and Jason Gilliam; sister in law, Ann Fossett; several nieces and nephews and extended family members; and a special friend, Tara Hargrave.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Bettye Gilliam.
