Rachel Larue Mann Brumley Welch, 85, died Thursday, November 8, 2018. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. The service is 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hubbard Salem Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hubbard Salem Cemetery Fund
