David Malcolm Weeks, age 68, of Albertville, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at Marshall Medical Center South.
There will be a memorial service for Mr. Weeks at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Albertville First United Methodist Church. Bro. Barry Dunn and Bro. Mark Adams will officiate.
Visitation will be from 1 until 2 on Friday before the service.
Mr. Weeks is survived by his wife, Carol, son, Mark (Stephanie) Weeks of Boaz, daughter, Alice (Daniel) Henderson of Laceys Springs, grandchildren, Serenity and Chloe Weeks, Colin and Aiden Henderson and brother, Larry (Barbara) Weeks of Huntsville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Gus Weeks and step-mother, Ruth Weeks.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to the youth program at First United Methodist Church.
