Lorene Howard, 85, of Leoma, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Glenwood Center after an extended illness. She was a native of Town Creek, Alabama, a salesperson for Belk and a member of Wolf Springs Baptist Church. She graduated from Hatton High School, Class of 1950. Funeral services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Leoma Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
She is survived by two sisters, Geraldine Norton of Town Creek and Peggy Lowery (Hylman) of Town Creek; brother, Mike Butler (Lucy) of Town Creek; neices and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Grady and Lillie Mae Smith Butler; husband, James Elmer “Big” Howard.
Loretto Memorial Chapel is in charge of all arrangements.
