Larry F. Bennich Sr., 75, of Decatur, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at Huntsville Hospice Cares.
Mr. Bennich was born November 19, 1942 in Decatur to George and Mary Lou Mayfield Bennich. He was a farmer and past Morgan County Commissioner for 18 years.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Bennich; one son, Larry “Sport” Bennich Jr.; one daughter, Jill Bennich; one brother, Rex Bennich; and two grandchildren.
Graveside service will be today, October 28, 2018 at Bishop Cemetery at 3 p.m. with Reverend Clayton Speed and Reverend Jack Bailey officiating. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
