Funeral services for Mr. Ronald Powers, age 73, are scheduled for 12 PM, Saturday, October 27, 2018 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Judson Cemetery. Mr. Powers passed away early Thursday in Lexington. He was born March 12, 1945 in Henderson County to the late Guy H. and Wilidine Bartholomew Powers. He was a Henderson County school teacher for over 30 years, a musician, and loved riding motorcycles. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Powers was a Baptist in belief. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Mrs. Pamela Warren Powers; his son, Warren Powers (Shonna); and his two grandchildren, J. W. Powers and Isabella Powers. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Randy Powers.
