Janice Kaye Hamm Castile – Obituary

Janice Kaye Hamm Castile was born in Shelby County, Tennessee on June 18, 1953 the daughter of Dorothy May Kennedy Hamm and the late Kenneth Austin Hamm.

On February 19, 1971 she was united in marriage to Marvin Clayton Castile, who preceded his wife in death on May 9, 2005.

Janice was a homemaker. She was a member of House of Mercy in Morris Chapel, Tennessee. Janice enjoyed doing crafts of all types and floral work.

She departed this life on October 24, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 4 months and 6 days.

Janice is survived by her three daughters, Tonya Kaye Ashe and her husband Greg of Stantonville, Tennessee, Tracey Finley and her husband Barry of Morris Chapel, Tennessee and Melissa Castile of Waco, Texas; five grandchildren, Andrew Castile, Tyler Ashe, Cory Finley, Casey Finley, Austin Finley and Ayden Finley; one great grandchild, Canan Ashe; her mother, Dorothy Kennedy Hamm of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; and two sisters, Debbie Shaw of Alabama and Judy Byrd of Morris Chapel, Tennessee.

In addition to her father and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Ronnie Hamm.
