James “Tuck” Tucker, 75, of Rogersville died Friday, October 19, 2018. He was known as a “gentle giant” who loved to hunt and crappie fish.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 24th from 3 to 4 p.m. with a graveside following in Rogersville Funeral Home Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Kirk, Richard Kimbrell, Larry Gatlin, Dennis Tucker, Terry Wigginton, Richard Joiner. James Waddell will be officiating.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Elsie Tucker; brothers, Arnold and Arnest Fisk, Junior Tucker, Jack Tucker, Ernest Tucker, Horace Tucker; sisters, Idalee Adams, Della Ferguson and Opal Wigginton. He is survived by his children, Penny (Richard) Joiner, Jackie Tucker and Annie Jacobs; grandchildren, Ashley (Andrew) Kirk and Jacob Tucker; great-grandchildren, Presley and Isaiah Kirk.
