Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Thelma J. Short, 80, will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Burningtree Memorial Gardens with Bro. John Maxwell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Short died on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born June 10, 1938, in Red Bay, Alabama. She was the General Manager for A & R Construction. She was preceded in death by her mother: Annie Belle, a brother: Buddy Jackson and a son: Archie Lynn Short.

Two Sons:
Robert L. Short (Luellen), and
Michael Alan Short (Shaunette)
A Niece:
Terri McBee (Terry)
and a host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren that she adored.
