Anna “Anne” Belle Segarra, age 89 of Franklin, TN passed away October 17, 2018. She was born in Limestone, TN to the late Closen & Burma Phillips Dykes. Anne was a 13-year veteran of the United States Air Force where she served as an Operations Specialist. She was a member of Grassland Heights Baptist Church. She also worked at the Gift Shop at Williamson Medical Center and was a volunteer at GraceWorks. Anne is preceded in death by her son, Mark Segarra; sister, Charlene Saults and her brothers, Kreed Dykes & Jerry Dykes. Survived by her husband of fifty years, Terry Segarra; daughter, Dawn Marie Swinney; brother, Billy Dykes; sisters, Glen Livingston & Janice Baines; grandchildren, Rachel, Jennie, Haley and Nathan; great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Lorea, Desmond and Ephraim. Celebration of Life service will be ——– Monday, October 22, 2018 at Grassland Heights Baptist Church, Rusty Trotter officiating. Visitation will be 3-6PM Sunday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home.
