Neva “Cricket” Porter Brannon, age 79, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Russellville Hospital.
Neva was a long time insurance adjuster with Continental Life in Atlanta. She loved to listen to gospel music and she loved her family.
The visitation will be 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Keith Prince. Burial will be at Sardis Cemetery #2 in Addison.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Harley Dickerson; 2nd husband, Billy Brannon; son, Jeffrey Kim Porter; parents, Alvis & Emma (Woodall) Porter, and brother-in-law, John James.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Scotty Lynn Dickerson; grandchildren, Christopher Dickerson, Josie Elisabeth Womack; great-grandchild, Georgia Dickerson; sisters, Vivian Buckelew (husband, Claud), Chris James; brother, Boris Porter (wife, Cindy); and a host of nieces & nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
