Kenneth Fant Gipson, 81 of Huntsville passed away Friday, October 12th.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years Louise; son, Kenneth Christmas “Chris” Gipson (Leigh); granddaughter, Sarah Beth Partain; great-granddaughter, Jazmine Clements; and brother, Donald Gipson (Lydia).
He was a native of Madison County and Director of Park and Recreations with the City of Huntsville where he retired from with 29 years of service. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a 2:00 service officiated by Rev. Michael Cassidy. Burial will be at Maple Hill. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to Jack- son Way Baptist Church.
