Mr. Walter Mansfield Morrissey 77, passed from this life Friday October 12, 2018 from an extended illness. He was born on July 17, 1941 in Boston, MA and was a retired Master Chief of the U. S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Eleanor Shroder Morrissey, Parents; John Morrissey and Madeline Hussey Morrissey and Great-Grandson Isaac Isas.
Mr. Morrissey is survived by his daughters; Debbie (Wes) Whitmore of San Diego, CA, Jackie (Steve) Fernandez of San Diego, CA, Cynthia Morrissey of San Diego, CA and Denise (Barry) Austin of Spencer, TN, Bother; Wayne Morrissey, Sister; Audrey Luonga, Grandchildren; Jason Jones, Nichole Fernandez, Tawnya Isas, Kaylah Bittener, Carly Winter, Gracie Rae and Addison Austin, Great-Grandchildren; Deliah and Wyatt Bittener, Abrhan Isas, Caroline and Calloway Jones.
Mr. Morrissey request was to be cremated and there will be no services.
In tribute to their father the daughters request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
