Tommy Ray Fortner was born September 7, 1949 in Hickman Co, TN, the son of the late Bonnie Lucille Fortner. Tommy had been a resident of Buffalo Rivers Services since January 1, 1976.
Mr. Fortner departed this life on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at his residence in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 1 Month, 3 Days.
He is survived by his fellow residents and staff at Buffalo Rivers Services in Waynesboro, TN.
Services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Chad Balentine officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Steiner, Chris Tipps, Aaron Davis and Toby Lineberry.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 1 pm, Friday, October 12, 2018 at the funeral home.
