Scott Arthur Wallace – Obituary

Scott Arthur Wallace, age 60 of Muscle Shoals, passed suddenly on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, in Birmingham at UAB Hospital. Visitation will be Sunday, October 14, 2018, from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Shoals Memorial Gardens.
Scott was born on July 12, 1958, to Arthur (AJ) and Colleen Wallace. He graduated the University of North Alabama in Florence with a degree in Commercial Art. He retired as a major with the Army National Guard and from the Swedish Match Co. as a Sales Manager. Scott married his wife Jackie on May 30, 1993, and was a loving husband. During his retirement, he enjoyed playing golf and socializing with his friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Wallace; and brothers, Mitch Wallace and Keith Wallace.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Jackie C. Wallace; mother, Colleen Wallace of Sheffield; in-laws, Jack and Betty Clark, Alan and Tammy August, Kent and Terry Clark, and nephews, Jackson and Jamison Clark, all of Killen.
Pallbearers will be Tim McMullins, Mike Bush, Keith Mullen, Robert Mullen, Bobby Galloway, Danny Gardner, Allen Phillips and Robby Pinkston.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital atwww.stjude.org/give.

Scott was a fine man and a good neighbor. He will be missed. His family has our prayers.
