Dennis “Cougar” Richards, 78, of Rogersville died on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. Private services will be held at a later date.
Preceding Mr. Richards in death were his parents, Herbert and Cynthia Richards.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Crowden Richards of Rogersville; sons, Doug and John Richards of Canada; step-son, Scott Burgert of Florence; brother, John Robert Richards (Carol) of Canada; sisters, Rene Gutyan (Paul) of Canada and Judy Wheeler (Ross) of Canada; four grandchildren, Kandis Dietsch (Jason) Kodi Jackson, Kendra Richards, and Brittany Burgert; and six great-grandchildren.
Colbert Memorial of Tuscumbia assisted the family.
