Dwight Ronald Hickman, age 64, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee went to be with his Lord on October 8, 2018 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dwight was born on November 24, 1953 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Horace and Betty Hickman. Dwight was a family man, he deeply loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He was an Alabama football fan.
Dwight is survived by his son, Brian (Kayla) Hickman; daughters, Jessica Hickman, Ali (Jeremy) Brown and Cindi Vincent; grandchildren, Parker Webster Hickman, Everleigh Taylor Hickman, Logan Brown and Lucas Brown; brother, Don Hickman and nieces and nephews, Emily Peden, Maddie Hickman and Logan Hickman. In addition to his parents Dwight was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Hickman.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from noon until 2:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee. A funeral service will be held following visitation in the chapel of
Williams Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Mark Jones officiating.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Stacey Vallejo, Dr. Erin Jackson and the staff of the third floor ICU wing 3C at St. Thomas West Hospital.
