Funeral services for Mr. Willie T. Milam, age 78, are scheduled for 2 PM, Sunday, October 7, 2018 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery. Mr. Milam passed away at his home in Sardis on Friday. He was born March 13, 1940 in Chester County to the late Brodie and Altie Milam. He was Assistant Superintendent at District 44 for T.D.O. T. and served on the Henderson County School Board in the 90’s. Mr. Milam enjoyed hunting. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mrs. Webbie Tucker Milam; his son, Stevie Milam; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Milam; two sisters, Martha Austin (Ralph) and Jimmy Lou Bradford; brother-in-law, Danny Tucker; grandson, Cory Milam (Laura); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sons, Wendell Milam and Barry Milam and one grandson, Wesley Milam.
